Notes
- This prayer will work to restore blindness caused by abilities, but not missing (amputated) eyes.
- When curing blindness caused by an enemy spell or prayer, the caster level of the curer plus 1 plus (2*restoring expertise) must exceed the caster level of the offensive ability.
