Description:	This skill allows a player to landscape an area into a new type on an outdoor property the player owns. This skill also allows the demolition of unwanted barriers and rooms, and the giving of a title and description to a room. The parameters also allow more than one person to assist in a landscaping project. The raw material for landscaping is found using the Digging, Mining, Foraging, and other skills.

LANDSCAPE LIST will display all available landscaping recipes a specific character can make.

Notes

• Once a room is landscaped into a cave it can no longer be landscaped. See Excavation for subsequent build options.
