Encumbrance in CoffeeMUD is accounted for in two fashions: item limitation and weight limitation.
Item Limits
The limitation on the number of items you can carry includes:
- Any item in your inventory
- Any item equipped
- Any item in a container in your inventory
- Any item in a container in your equipment
- 1 space for each denomination of currency
Weight Limits
The limitation on the weight you may carry includes:
- Your base weight
- Any item in your inventory
- Any item equipped
- Any item in a container in your inventory
- Any item in a container in your equipment
- Any currency you are carrying
