CoffeeMud Version 5.2.11

  1. New language user output parsing abilities.. see resources/translation*.properties

  3. New Chant (internal) Druidic Connection -- to support new no-kill xp stuff
  4. Druids now get xp from leveling animal followers, forcing weather calmness, and filling an area with their plants over time
  5. Aggressive behavior(s) now support MESSAGE= parm to set the mobs attack challenge
  6. New Scriptable trigger: KILL_PROG
  7. New Scriptable functions: STRCONTAINS, ISBIRTHDAY, INROOM, ISRECALL, MOOD
  8. New Scriptable command: SWITCH/ENDSWITCH
  9. Archon command ANNOUNCETO now supports HERE param
  10. New Property: Prop_Adjuster -- for modifying the stats of something directly
  11. Properties *SpellCast now supports NOUNINVOKE to make spells uninvoable
  12. ScrollCopy renamed to Memorize, and now gives xp for use by Mages
  13. PROMPT command now supports codes for tanks name, and health str
  14. REPORT ALL will show all skills/spells/stats/affects/etc
  15. Areas now support override economic flags.. designate economy at the Area/Parent Area level!
  16. Deities now support Cleric-Only blessing/curse designations
  17. StdMap display size now tied to player column-width settings
  18. New resource: cranberries
  19. GenSuperPill is now an Archon item, and Player-Changing Scriptable commands are now logged when executed
  20. Expertises now listed on WILLQUAL and on Class-Info pages on the built-in web site
  21. Can now destroy TICKS (ticking objects)
  22. CommandJournals now supports TRANSFER parameter to quickly transfer entries from one journal to another
  23. Internal: *all* zapper-masks are now compiled and cached for performance. We no longer have string-parsed interpreted mask checks.
  24. Can now SAVE <playername> directly (yes, that should have been in 1.0 -- sue me)
  25. RESET ROOM/AREA commands now give an emote to players in the area/room
  26. New MUDGrinder editor: Clan Editor
  27. Internal: classes can now have their own custom mana requirements, and ability cost requirements for skills. Not exposed to GenClasses yet.
  28. Behavior GetsAllEquipped can now be used as an auto-looting behavior
  29. Fighter get non-kill xp when their clan conquers an area that they are in at the time.
  30. Rangers now get xp from leveling animal followers
  31. Bards get exploration XP, including a bump for finding a new pub
  32. Gaolers get extra xp whenever they make someone scream
  33. Clerics can extra xp for Christening children
  34. Trappers get extra xp for selling animals to shops
  35. Druids get extra xp for freeing animals from cities(shops) into the country
  36. Really kindof a bug fix, but CMFS is now TRUELY case-insensitive -- even on unix systems!
  37. A surge of new bug-destroying troops was ordered into the code.
