CoffeeMud Version 4.2.8

- ISMOON added to scripable
- SMTP Server fully functional. See guides/SMTPServer.html for more info. AUTOFORWARD command added.
- lots of bug fixes, esp to pregnancy related stuff
- tattoos now stored in user tables and mob xml. Prop_Tattoo now deprecated.
- player data now purged when player deleted (bank accounts, emails, private journal mail, etc).
- %I added to prompt
- can now export player data (can't import it yet)
- shopkeeper/banker LIST interface changed.
- Did I mention lots of bugs fixed. :)
