CoffeeMud Version 3.8.7.1

Release on May 14, 2003 1:45 pm

  1. Diseases (certain ones, at least) can now spread through infected meat or blood from butchered bodies. Dead bodies can also spread certain diseases.
  2. Numerous new Poisons. Making a poison is now easier! Just create something drinkable, and add the poison class as an affect. Look in coffee_mud/abilities/poisons (or LIST POISONS) for more info.
  3. Couple new alcohols as well (they are listed under poisons).
  4. Emoter features added.
  5. Four new thief subclasses (no help on them yet) -- arcanist, burglar, assassin, and trapper, in addition to the new improved Thief.
  6. Dozens and dozens of new thief and fighter skills to support the new thief subclasses. Just too many to mention! Argh!
  7. New common skills, apothecary, distilling.. at least I think they're new.
  8. The Mageness, Druidness, Fighterness.. etc behaviors can now accept subclass names as parameters.
  9. Start rooms fixed, Followers FINALLY debugged
  10. INI file entry for gen-editor type
  11. 'hello works like ' hello now.
  12. Climb now requires standing
  13. Dozens of new traps.
