Examples:	fill bottle spring
Shorts:
Description:	Attempts to refill a liquid container, such as a bottle or a cup, from the given source. In many cases, containers can be refilled from other containers. If no source is specified, and the player is at a source of fresh water, then the fill will occur from the freshwater source.
