CoffeeMud Version 4.6.15
Released on Feb 21, 2005 3:14 AM
- EXPORT area data will now include any external resource files, such as scripts, cmare data files, and other external file data in the CMARE file generated. IMPORT will then recreate those files.
- New Item type: GenRecipe -- allows you to add to the recipe lists for common skills by giving players items which act at recipes/schematics of the item.
- New INI entry -- SMTPSERVERNAME. You can leave it blank unless, like me, you are suddently FORCED to use a relay server in order to send mail with CoffeeMuds SMTP subsystem.
- Getting your password incorrect more than 3 times will prompt the user to have their password emailed to them. This requires the SMTP feature, obviously.
- Multiple spells as well as spells with parameters can now all be given in a common skill recipe. Just separate everything with semicolons and the engine will sort it out.
- New languages: Druidic, Ignan
- Behavior FasterRoom has been RENAMED!!! It is now FasterRecovery, and can be applied to mobs, items, rooms, rideables, etc..
- Patroller behavior has been enhanced, GREATLY. It can now be effectively used on rideables to create caravans and ferries, especially when combined with Prop_TicketTaker. Patroller no longer requires every room along the way be given, and can correct its coarse if it gets off it.
- Items of all sorts can now be pushed and pulled around.
- Prompts come back more slowly during combat, cutting down on combat spam bigtime.
- Hygiene system implemented for players. Don't ask.
- 2 new Common Skills: Food Prep and Baking, to go along with Cooking.
- Herbology now gets its herb list from an external file in the resources/skills directory.
- Inter-grid exits are now included in export/cmare files.
- A heaping sloppy glob of bugs fixed.
