Usage:	SLEEP ("TARGET NAME")
Examples:	sleep sleep bed
Shorts:
Description:	Makes your character lay down and take a nap. When sleeping, movement, hit points, and mana are regained more quickly.

Notes

While sleeping you are more vulnerable to attack, and unawares. The SIT command recovers stats more rapidly than standing around, but allows you to still be aware of your surroundings.

Sleeping in a bed or bedroll will improve your recovery rate.
