Notes
- ICE monoliths block enemy advancement until the monolith is destroyed.
- FIRE monoliths inflict damage to all enemies at range 1.
- EARTH monoliths block enemy advancement until the monolith is destroyed.
- AIR monoliths block enemy missiles.
