Clan Enchanting

Clan enchanters may learn special, clan-only abilities to enchant weapons and armor using experience from the clan to power the items.

Clan Enchanting Abilities

Clan Enchanted armor grants the wearer bonus saves versus a specific element based on the enchantment level. Clan Enchanted weapons deal additional damage on a successful hit based on the enchantment level.

Limitations

  • Items may only be enchanted to a level equal to or below the clan's current level.
  • Items will only provide a bonus equal to the lowest of the item's level, the clan's current level, or the clan enchantment level.
    • For example, a level 4 dagger with a ClanEnchant Acid of 10, by a level 9 clan (they lost XP when making the item) would only perform as a clanenchanted level of 4 (despite the 10 modifier).
  • A clan-enchanted item may only be used by a member of that clan.
