Usage:	SIT ("TARGET NAME")

Description:	Makes your character sit down and take a rest. When resting, movement, hit points, and mana are regained more quickly.

Notes

Sitting allows you to still be aware while regaining movement, hit points and mana at an accelerated rate. SLEEPing recovers these stats much more rapidly.
