Here ya go-- Some fun tweeks in there for your power players and builders. Enjoy!
- Spells shrink and grow now counteract each other.
- Cost of common skills brought back up to previous 1 train level in default ini settings.
- New builder-journal-idea/bug/typo type thing: TASKS. Requires TASKS security flag.
- Prop_ReqCapacity has some new parameters to extend its usefulness. (Players, and Mobs)
- Clanresign will now force the players to lose any clan items they had to donation or oblivion.
- Clans must now give conquered mobs clan items to maintain control. Creates a new cold-war dynamic among clans.
- New clan item: membership card, is proof against pamphlets.
- New Scriptable prog type: REGMASK_PROG for regular expression matches.
- New Scriptable command: MPFACTION for changing faction
- New Scriptable functions: FACTION for reading faction, HASNUM for counting items, ISSERVANT
- Several spells/chants/etc that do ongoing damage will make themselves hostile to the caster.
- New legal penalty enhancements: fines, trial skipping, detaining, crime separation, and no-release from prison/detention.
- Skill class/categories/domains can now be made into blanket crimes of influence or skill use.
- Tax Collector enhanced to handle criminal fines.
- Mobile MOBs with clan-crafted "gathering items" will now assist "crafting item" mobs by taking needed resources to them.
- HelpList now includes description search.
- Lots of dead bugs, including the QUEEN!
