Examples:	dissertate iron grip scroll dissertate iron grip from "scroll of iron grip" "a dissertation"
Description:	This skill allows the player to write a lengthy dissertation on how to learn one of the skills or spells the player knows, or to transcribe any skill from one scroll or dissertation to another. To do this, the player must have a piece of paper with sufficient blank space on it to make the dissertation out of. Once written, the dissertation may be read in order to learn the skill.
