- Properties Have/Wear/Ride Zappers now have a MESSAGE parm.

- Players now have ages and birthdays based on the default mud-calendar.
- Age ability can now be used to give mobs ages as well.
- New area type: TimeZone, to separate areas into time zones without making them on different planets. :)
- New secret spells: Youth, Torture, Blademouth, Limb Rack, Brainwash
- New skills: Enslave, Slave Trading, Torturesmith, Behead, Tar and Feature, Collect Bounty, JailKey, Arrest, Flay
- New Shopkeeper type: Slavetrader
- Less expensive stat gains above 22
- Bonuses to mana for primary stats above 21, and other bonuses for stats above 21 based on class.
- Night can now be effectively disabled from the INI file.
- Dress, feed, undress, mount, Push, and Pull can now be used on bound prisoners.
- New secret prayer: Stoning
- New commonder char class: Gaoler
- Players can now have visible tattoos that show up on EQ lists.
- New common skills: Tattooing, Body Piercing
- Arrest changes: executioner will announce executions over a channel, provided a default channel defined in INI file. They will also select Behead or Stoning if they have the skills.
- New temporary undocumented reset "genraceagingcharts" for correcting the aging charts of legacy genraces produced from pregnancy.
- Players can now have titles/suffixes granted by archons or scriptable. See the help on MPTITLE in the scriptable guide for more information on this feature. The new command TITLE lets the player select which title to use. Polymorphs and disguised can override titles.
