| Description: | Allows the affected character to deliver a second attack during every other combat round. These attacks will be slightly less effective than primary attacks. |
Notes
- This ability provides an extra action per two rounds (on average), and can be used with melee or ranged attacks.
- Technically, it increases your attack speed by 0.5, which provides a 50% chance of getting an extra attack each round.
