1. Clans can now be referenced by partial names in commands now.
2. "here" is now a valid parm for WIZEMOTE
3. Scriptable trigger changes: LOGIN_PROG, LOGOFF_PROG triggers.
4. Scriptable functions: IPADDRESS([CODE] == [ADDRESS]), RAND0NUM([NUM]). Also, functions and variables can now be used in "." string parsing syntax.
5. LIST THREADS functionality extended. Also, LIST THREADS SHORT syntax added.
6. Command Line Faction File Editor implemented. CREATE/MODIFY/DESTROY commands support factions now.
7. Archon Guide now has an entry on Factions.
8. Journal Browser in MUDGrinder now keeps current journal on-screen when the list is long.
9. Journal Browser includes EMAIL and TRANSFER buttons now.
10. A huge hot steaming smelly pile of bugs carted away.
