Examples:	cast advancement bob
Description:	Increases the level, temporarily, of the target, by one. This extra level can be used to gain new spells through training or scrolls, or cast spells above the target's level.

Notes

• You may cast Advancement to train for abilities otherwise unavailable.
• When using Advancement to TRAIN for a new ability, you may only use the ability when your the appropriate level.
