Range:	Touch, or not applicable
Commands:	PRAY, PR
Usage:	PRAY "ANIMATE SPECTRE" "TARGET NAME"
Examples:	pray "animate spectre" body
Description:	Any dead body, of a mob or player level 10 or higher, may be animated with this prayer. The body then rises as a spectre. The spectre will have a weak energy drain attack. Like most animated beings, a spectre can be force-leveled and healed only using special dark prayers, and can gain experience and levels in combat.

Notes

All Spectres are animated as level (?) and require level (?) corpses to create.
Corpses from undead cannot be used to create spectres.
Having the Death Lore expertise increases the base animated level of the spectre.
Having the Spirit Lore expertise increases the base animated level of the spectre.
