| Description: | Once your character has acquired some skill or spell, the only way to increase the proficiency of your ability is to practice it. A skill or spell can only be practiced with those characters or mobs who already know the skill or spell sufficiently. You must also have at least 1 practice point to practice a skill or spell. | 
Notes
- Your trainer must know the skill better than you, and at least at 25%.
- The highest proficiency you can get via spending trains is 75%
- Intelligence (limited by MaxIntelligence) affect how much proficiency you gain per practice point.
- You must be able to speak in order to practice.
