| Description: | Creates an aura of strife bound by the Cleric to the area. This causes those in the same room as the cleric to suffer a drop in charisma due to feelings of anger and hopelessness. Will also cause confusion in combat among those not in the clerics group. The cleric must remain in the casting room for the prayer to remain effective. |
