Usage:	WITHDRAW "ITEM NAME" ("CLERK NAME")
Examples:	withdraw 1000 withdraw "jewel sword" withdraw "10 gold coins" "Joe Banker" withdraw "500 archon notes" banker withdraw letter clerk

Description:	When a banker or postal clerk is present in the same room or area as your character, this command will allow you to withdraw an item from your account or postal box with that banker. See also LIST, BUY, SELL, DEPOSIT, VIEW, BID.
