Usage:	WHISPER ("MOB NAME") "MESSAGE"
Examples:	whisper "Be careful!"
Shorts:
Description:	Causes your character to whisper to one or more characters or mobs riding the same horse, cart, boat, or at the same table as yourself. You may specify the mob to whisper to, or just whisper in general to the table.
