Usage:	PUT OUT "ITEM NAME"
Examples:	put out torch

Description:	To extinguish something that's on fire.

Notes

• PUT OUT torch is a great way of saving it for use later.
• PUT OUT can also be used on lanterns to save lamp oil.
• Using the PUT OUT command on a stove, oven, or forge will make it stop burning, but there is no way to reignite it.
• If your equipment catches fire, you may need to PUT OUT your equipment.
