			**DESTROYing walls does NOT generate a room adjacent to a Prop_RoomPlusForSale room, since this was envisioned as a mechanic to expand underground housing (you need to do a lot more work than just destroying a wall to create a new room).
			**If a GenRecipe or edited building skill has a recipe of type EXCAVATING, then annex rooms could be added through those abilities.
