# Mages have been toned down quite a bit. Wish is more painful, permanency more permanent (but also more painful), and armor restrictions follow mages around should they wish themselves out of their class.
# FieryRoom integrated (thanks Tulath!)
# Zapper now includes area names zapper -AREA +AREA, etc..
# Abilities and Commands now have casting/execution times. 0=instant, 1=instant in peace/1 tick in combat, 2 or more=delay
# Skill/Spells/etc.. commands now accept a level parameter to get the top of the list.
# ShopKeepers are stingier buyers now (by default). Charisma is even more important when dealing with them.
# Affects now show in columns.
# Relationship between abilities and class armor/alignment restrictions has been changed. See post in this group from a few days ago for more info on this important balancing maneuver.
# GenMob default armor settings have been adjusted upwards (2fold).
# Weapon default damage settings adjusted slightly upwards.
# Neither of the above two affects existing map mobs.
# Body part requirements included in many skills.
# Internal: Commands classes have been retooled. Interface Affect replaced by CMMsg, Host by MudHost, ExternalPlay is gone, numerous util classes moved or renamed.
# Conquest behavior added.
# Ability to set up "area" channels created.
