Examples:	pray "imbue shield" bless "wooden shield"
Description:	This prayer allows benevolent divine magic to be permanently melded with a divinely empowered shield that has no other extraneous existing effects on it. Casting the prayer requires all of the players mana, and costs experience starting at 1100 (and going up depending on the level of the prayer). However, when completed, the item is permanently magical. It will endow the wearer with the prayer whenever the shield is held. See also Empower Shield.
