Description:	This very powerful and dangerous command allows you to suspend all thread and ticking services in the entire mud. It can be a quick and easy way to discern locked up threads, or to free up CPU time for other purposes. Enter PAUSE alone to suspend and resume all objects, or specify room, area, or an object name to suspend the ticking of just that object.
