===Orthindar===
Description:	Orthindar is a busy city nestled in the foothills of the mountains. Founded by the fuel of a broken love, it is a city about power and control. It is centered on an ancient lake, whose precious clean waters are tightly regulated by Orthindar Proper, the upper second tier of the city. However, Orthindar, the lower tier, is made up of layers itself. Raised walkways, canals, and water chutes criss cross about. The working class that lives in Orthindar are a proud friendly people. Visitors should have care in their choices, as many actions will guide their faction standing in the lower tier toward either the common folk or the ruling elite. In either case, those visiting the city must have a fair amount of experience in the world before being allowed to register for approved admittance.
