- The property in this area is subject to a tax from Midgaard. This is a fairly low drain on your clan's bank account, but failure to pay taxes could lead to the eventual seizure of your property. This enables property from defunct clans to reenter the marketplace after several years of inactivity if the clan itself hasn't been disbanded.
