1. Body Piercing has been significantly changed to make it BETTER!
2. The command line now has a calendar editor for TimeZone/Planet type areas in the MODIFY AREA.
3. The calendar for the default clock is no longer saved in the db, but always subject to the INI file (as it should be).
4. 3 new common skills (thanks ThrinnTU): Costuming, MasterCostuming, MasterLeatherworking
5. Most common skills now list the level of the items in their lists.
6. The cost of wishing for levels is now 4 times greater.
7. There is now BANNED SUBSTANCE law support.
8. New Thief Skill: Identify Bombs
9. New command: GCONSIDER
10. Resources can now be unbundled with the GET X FROM Y syntax
11. New Skills: Chirgury, Leeching
12. New Disease: Leeches
13. Rerolling method rewritten to eliminate lockup chances for any max values (which I rewrote again, but the idea came from Ashera).
