1. Negative numbers may be used as prices in GenShopKeepers to allow experience points or quest points to be spent.
2. Some tweaks to Arrest in preperation for Conquest -- note that areas which use the same laws file will now also share warrants!
3. ShopKeepers can now place limits on their listed inventory.
4. Areas can now have parents and children. Complete Behavior/property compatibility is still unclear.
5. Some tweaks and additions to a few common skills and behaviors.
6. More bug fixes than you can shake a stick at.
